Hope you can get it fixed, I love the motomassager in my Jetsetter, I spend 90% of the time in the lounger haha
The xm series can be a handful to diagnose even though Gecko claims otherwise. I suggest giving Gecko Tech support directly. They are usually pretty good at sharing diagnostic information. 1-800-784-3256. Make sure you have all the information in front of you on what the issues are. Let us know results if you do call.
