JaGz Posted May 11, 2012 Report Posted May 11, 2012 Hi I'm looking at getting a new fiberglass pool and have done alot of research. Had well over 35 questions for the installers. When I asked about a sunk pump being placed he said it wasn't needed as we were in a low water table area. Any truth to this? Thanks in advance. Quote
PoolGuyNJ Posted May 15, 2012 Report Posted May 15, 2012 IMHO, all shells should have a sump and or a drywell below the shell to pull out water as it makes emptying the pool safer. Water tables can change when least expected and don't usually give you advanced notice either. Less money up front can cost later. This is one of those situations. Scott Quote
