What year is the spa or what is the model number? My guess would be the heater or the heater board. You would need to access the main control box and test voltages and continuity on the relay and heater. Quote

lexconn Posted September 8, 2010 Author Report Posted September 8, 2010 year is 2004...have been researching and looks like have to replace entire heater if that's the problem Quote
Dan.The.Spa.Man Posted September 8, 2010 Report Posted September 8, 2010 year is 2004...have been researching and looks like have to replace entire heater if that's the problem Since it's a 2004, I would look towards the heater relay board in the control box before the heater. Do you have access to a multimeter? Quote
