I'm using test strips (for now) and have a question. I know what to do if the PH or TA is high or low, but what can I do if they are both in line but the MPS is out of whack (high) in this case?

Is it not really a big deal?

The quick answer is it's not a big deal, and it will get used up in time. However, MPS being high is not "out of whack", which tells me you might need to do some reading. Check out my links below.
