Brand New D1 Owner - Quick Question

New to the forum and new to owning a tub. My wife and I just picked up an Amore Bay from D1. We shopped around and we decided on the Bay based on the shape and features.

That being said, we are all filled up and starting. But I had a question. What filter does the Vision Cateridge go in? Or does it matter. The skimmer or the circulation filter? Also when adding chemicals should I toss into the middle or add into the same filter?

Thanks!

Awesome!! Thank you d1dennis! So far we are loving the tub. Took a few hours to get to temp and so today is the first time we are going to use it.

One last question, is it normal for some air to be coming out of the circ pump? It kind of spits from time to time. Seems to have a good amount of ozone bubbles.

Gunk, crap, stuff.

One more thing, you say "The water Chem is perfect". But what YOU consider perfect, and what the experts here consider perfect, quite possibly are two different things. What are the exact readings, and how are you determining this....well water or city water.

Did you add clarifier? If you add clarifier and the water balance is off, especially the PH, clarifier can clump things together too quickly. When this happens all of that stuff that got clumped together floats to the surface and sticks to the water line.

Dealers will often tell you to add clarifier weekly. You don't need to do this. If the water is balanced correctly it should be clear without adding clarifier. I suggest you either reduce or eliminate the use of your clarifier for the next couple of weeks.
