pingopongo
Hi Guys , I recently purchased a 7 seater spa thats about 7 years old. I'm trying to buy two new head rest pads as two of them are missing. The owners manual provided says Bullfrog Mark1 to mark 2 but thats what is written in by someone over existing wording. Another manual is provided about the controls , pump and heater and is titled Spa Builders LX-15 system. The filter has two ww8170050 filters inside measuring D=150mm , H= 210mm closed top bottom screw in inside the skimmer box . I looked up the filters and what baths they are to fit and this was what was written ( Used on most current spas in Australia since approx 2000, including: Maax, Lanark, Heritage, Palm Springs, Signature, Cyclone, Designer series, Endless, Stylus, Timeless, Sapphire, and others). One head pad is still there and has two push on clips to hold it in place. One side has three holes for the missing headrest and the other side just two but different to the head rest that remains as the holes don't line up with this one. Hope someone can shed some light as in what model this spa is . Regards D.S P.S Pics can be provided

Bullfrog is a brand name of tubs - I don't know if they shipped down under. Further, Bullfrog could be the model of spa, from a different maker - could be just a coincidence. Bullfrog's most identifiable feature would be removable jet packs which form the seat back area, but they may not have done that to all their models seven years ago. Spa builders support is a maker of equipment, and they are still around. You can order filters online easily using the info you have. Headrest pillows can be very hard to locate for older tubs - but keep trying.
