sociald
I found a really great hot tub at a local dealer. I know NOTHING about spas. I tried looking at the Royalspa.com website, and it was down...so I called, and yes, they are still in business. I looked at the local dealer in Better Bus. Bureau, and they had 4 complaints ! Should I even pursue Royal Spas ? another local dealer with a good BBB rating sells Great Lakes Spas.....I'm so confused !

I have never heard of that manufacturer and if you cant find any info on the internet and you have a history of complaints. Stick with the major manufacturers and dealers who have a good history. My opinion.
sociald
Thanks, my gut is telling me the same thing. Royal Spa has a positive BBB rating, but the local dealer did not. If people go to the effort of reporting to the Better Bus. Bureau, they must have really hit a nerve !

You have to really screw up to get a bad rating with the BBB and when a customer complains you would have to basically to nothing to try to resolve the situation they do their best to fair to both sides.
