Guest john nicholson Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 Eco one has a prefilter for your garden hose to eliminate heavy metals lime scale and hundreds of other contaminants for your hottub does anyone out there think this is necessary. Quote
Guest Jim Arjuna Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 As far as I know the filter will solve some problems with substances in the source water that can harm the enzymes. If you have excellent source water, that you know is low in chemicals, then you most likely will be able to get by without it. If you just have some metals like Manganese or iron, you can use metal gone for a week before putting in the Eco One. Quote
