Gecko IN.XE HR error code

My first post here... We have a Gecko IN.XE spa back that has the HR error code. I was suspecting the capacitors were blown due to the heat. So, I have replaced them with quality Japanese ones. It still has the HR code! Instead of just throwing a generic error code, it should be more specific on which part of the motherboard it has failed.

Usually we have a bad heater not communicating with the board. There are temp sensors, and flow sensors hermetically sealed into the heater unit. The bad news is that it's not serviceable. The good news is that it is inexpensive. Toss a replacement heater in it first, Low Level it, then if it still acts up, throw the pack in.
