2019 Sundance Spa 680 Series Ramona Temperature Won't Adjust from Topside

I have a 2019 Sundance Spas 680 Series Ramona hot tub that's stuck at 95 F, and I am not able to adjust temperature up or down from the topside control panel. All other button/menu functionality of the topside control panel works, and there are no error codes displayed. This control panel also gives no indication that there is a lock enabled. When pressing either temperature button, the temperature flashes, but will not change.

To give some background, I shut the spa down to do a water/filter change out around 2 weeks ago, and I believe I may have accidently activated a lock feature when cycling through the menu to check the filter cycle and reminder programming. I went through the manual, and attempted to hold the menu button for 10 seconds to reset the lock feature with no luck. I also shut off power for 20 minutes to the spa, to determine if it would revert back to default settings, again with no luck. I am able to lock the spa from the SmartTub app, but I was told by customer support that the app will not enable/disable a temperature lock, although, I'm not completely sure that this is the problem at this point. I am also not able to adjust temperature from the app and it gives me an error message that the adjustment failed after attempting to do so.

Has anyone ran into this issue before, or have any suggestions on troubleshooting this further? I am relatively remote and a good distance from my dealer, so it would take several weeks for them to get here to check it out, but that might be the direction I have to go. I didn't want to replace parts yet, in the event it was something simple.
