afaucher8789 Posted December 20, 2018 Report Share Posted December 20, 2018 Hello all, the waterfall feature on my Artesian, South Seas, hot tub doesn't turn all the way off. When I rotate the valve to all the way on it works just fine. When I rotate the valve to the off position it gets to a point of almost being off but as i rotate the valve, until it stops, it turns the waterfall partially back on. This didnt start happening until my nephews used it the other day. I don't know a whole lot about it so I don't want to start taking things apart when someone here might know of a simple fix or exact fix. Any help is appreciated.
