Jacuzzi J-385 (2004) - Date Setting

I have a 2004 Jacuzzi J-385.  One of it's features is that it auto-adjusts the time for Daylight Savings Time.  This is great, except:

1. I live in Arizona and we don't do Daylight Savings Time

2. I have a Time-Of-Use electric plan, and I'd rather not have it self-adjust itself to come on during peak periods.  Our peak period is changing to 8:00 PM, which could conflict with where I want the Jacuzzi to start up and top off the heat in the winter.

3. It must know what the date is in order to jump forward/back, but the manual doesn't say a word about changing the date.  I've tried punching random buttons, but couldn't find anything that got me a date change screen.

Anybody have any idea of how to change the date on this vintage?

Okay, I resolved my problem, and I'll post it here for posterity.

There is a Jacuzzi "Standard Troubleshooting Approach" manual.  I found a copy HERE. suitable to my model year.
