Just replaced the circ pump on a 1999 Hot Springs Jetsetter.  Purged air and jets work but am getting too much flow thru the circ pump and bubbling and a loud gurgling sound.  Bubbles are larger than before changing pump. Check valve on ozone intake line seems to be plugged. Replaced check valve.  Circ pump is sucking air but no leaks visible.

Any ideas or solutions?

The flow rate from that new circ pump should be greater than the flow from the one it is replacing. The excess bubbles are caused from the increased air flow created in the ozonator from that additional flow. You can decrease the air flow by restricting the air line from the ozonator with an additional check valve. If your ozonator is over five years old i recommend replacing it. A new ozonator will work much better with the extra air flow and the actual ozone gas output will increase significantly.
