SpaInAz
One week into owning an Amore Bay D1 spa and we have our first issue. The interior lighting LED seems to be shorting as it goes into a super fast Strobe mode on its own from time to time. The lights seem to dim and brighten as well. What could be the cause? This is likely just a bad master led or even the junction box, I would check the light tunnel and see if there is any sign of moisture in the tunnel. SpaInAz
I can see moisture inside one of the drink placement lights. How do I go about fixing that? And is that causing the problem?
d1dennis2009
Without seeing what you have going on, I would call the dealer and inquire. If they are unable to resolve it, call 800-345-7727 and the Tech Team at D1 will assist you with in getting it resolved.
SpaSage
This should be fully covered under warranty and you shouldn't try to fix it yourself. D1 is a great company, but they can get a bit picky when it comes to people or techs who aren't from a D1 dealer working on their spas when they are still under warranty. Are all of the LEDs malfunctioning at the same time, or is it just a random couple of lights doing their own thing?
