spa2014
I have a Cal Spa model 04-V100-08 that appears to have been manufactured in 2004. It appears to be holding water fine and I have confirmed (with a multimeter) that power it getting to the hot tub. However, beyond that...I am unsure of anything because this is the first hot tub I have had. (It was at a house I just bought) The hot tub does not appear to be working though and nothing is showing up on the display. Any help would be appreciated. spa2014
Turns out there was a blown fuse...but now, the pump or something seems to be pulsating (and loudly)...like it tries to work then quits. Not sure, but cut the breaker off for the time being. Maybe someone has some insight.

It could also be caused by clogged filters. Remove the filters and see if this makes a difference. You can try cleaning the filters, but I would just replace them. Spa_Guru
If your pump is loud and coming off and on, it is likely seized, trying to turn, and setting off it's overheat switch - and the cause of your blown fuse. Check to see if the shaft of the motor turns freely.
