Turns out there was a blown fuse...but now, the pump or something seems to be pulsating (and loudly)...like it tries to work then quits. Not sure, but cut the breaker off for the time being. Maybe someone has some insight.

I have a Cal Spa model 04-V100-08 that appears to have been manufactured in 2004. It appears to be holding water fine and I have confirmed (with a multimeter) that power it getting to the hot tub. However, beyond that...I am unsure of anything because this is the first hot tub I have had. (It was at a house I just bought) The hot tub does not appear to be working though and nothing is showing up on the display. Any help would be appreciated.
