Yunus
Hi everyone, Following Nitro and WaterBear's advice has been fantastic and saved me time and money. I used to use Nitro's Chlorine directions for my hot tub but I use it much less than I used to and can't keep up the daily maintenance that it needs so I'm switching back to Bromine. I have the Taylor K-2006 kit to test my water and that's fine for everything except the Bromine. Is there a specific kit I can get to add Bromine or are there just a few regents I can buy, I'm hoping to not have to spend another $50 on the K-2106 only to find that 2 chemicals are different or something. Spanky
Keep using your K-2006 just multiply the result by 2.25 (1.0 on the test result = 2.25ppm Bromine) The only difference in the K-2106 is the FAS-DPD reagent is R-0872 which is the same as R-0871 but calibrated for the 2.25 multiplication factor
