Loosemoose Posted October 7, 2013 Report Share Posted October 7, 2013 Hi all, we just got our new tub today and are waiting for it to heat up so we can enjoy it. My wife and I were just outside checking it out and noticed a very small cut in the cover. The installers are long gone so I will ask the folks here. Other than the obvious wanting the cover to not have this cut. In the long run how bad is it to have it cut and how hard should I press for a new cover? I can't speak highly enough of my hot springs dealer in Ft. Wayne. They have been incredible to deal with and I would never think of doing business anywhere else!
