We want to have this spa outdoors. Should we put it up on a platform to protect it from the snow or can it be placed on pebbles on the ground? Is the Caldera brand well made? They have brand new ones for $5700.00 delivered. She said not to offer more than $3000 for the used one and mentioned that after 5 years the cover should be replaced. We aren't sure what to do.
