dwreefs
I finally got all the leaks fixed in the old beachcomber tub and then the pump would only hum, so took it to get the motor repaired. The pump needed new internal switch and the tech said he checked the low speed and it also worked. they also put a new seal in the pump so should be good now, not quite. Now even though the thermostat works and also the flow switch works because i can energize the heater by pushing in the switch which energizes the contactor but only the element comes on It will not turn on the low speed to circulate the water . Any ideas what is up
dwreefs
Got It I finally decided to tank the access off the motor to find the yellow (neutral ) had come off on the way home from the repair shop . Plugged it in and voila
