Onzen System

Can ANYONE out there please help? we live in the UK and have an Arctic Fox, 2010, it has the onzen system, although looks like the first version!

The irons are not working, and we dont seem to be getting much help here, is it worth going through the hassle.... and charges..... of getting new irons fitted or is it possible to upgrade the Onzen to the newest version? if upgrading....what benefits and downsides are there to the new version?

We are pretty new to the spa world so any advice would be great as all we want to do is enjoy the tub and get rid of all the problems :(

Yes, your spa can most definetly be upgraded to the new Onzen version. The new versions how been very good, and we have had little to no issues with them. Sorry for your troubles, but Arctic Spas will get you fixed. I would start with your dealer, and tell them you want the newest version on Onzen instaleld on your tub. If you dont have any luck, then call Arctic Spas at 1-800-309-1744, and they will help.

Hi, Thanks for your replies.... this is probably a really stupid question but my husband took the panel of the tub off, just to see what is involved in changing the irons ( it appears we have version 7) and he noticed the wiring, according to documents the wiring for the onzen should be black to black and white to white, is this correct? and the stupid part of the question.....if it is not wired that way, ie white to black on both will this stop it working? we do not want the expense of new irons or upgrades if it is just a matter of wrong wiring. Any help would appreciated. Oh and regarding getting local help? ..... STILL WAITING! :(
