3/8 Tubing Cut Under My Hot Tub

i recently got a used 1999 tiger river spa hot tub and i tried to fill it up to see if it was working but it leaked. i see there is a 3/8 tubing that was cut under the hot tub on one side and another 3/8 tubing attached to nothing and when i filled it thats where all the water started to come out how can i fix this.

It may be an Ozone line.... Does one end attach to a jet? (Ozone injector)

If I'm right, then you will have to make a "Hartford loop" and attach a check vave to the open end to stop the water from backing through the tube
