But I have recently taken over some pools at several apartment complexes and a few HOA,s pools as well. I am afraid I am charging to little what is the going rate for larger pool's. awilson Posted July 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 I have one property that the inside pool is 190,000 gallons and the outdoor pool that is 150,000 salt water pool and I check then twice a week. the other ones are about 90,00 to 180,000 gallon outdoor pools.
