Hey! After wanting a hot tub for years (dogs, boats, Harleys and wife came first-still have them all ) I obviously have little $ to buy a tub. So this past week I just traded for a Hot Spot RE round 5 jet tub with the vinyl wrap around the foam insulation. It must be a 1996-2000 model. 2000 is the last year I could find an online owner's manual for and it looks like that except the controls on mine seem to be older. I think the shell is ABS or maybe that polyethylene I read about. Any way the parts are all good except the tub shell has a small crack/hole in it. Guess what happens when a guy uses a bucket on a tractor to move a tub?What do I use and how do I fix it? I did read something about some stuff called Plast-Aid. Has anyone used it and does it work? Any thing at all someone can tell me about this tub would be great. Also interested in what is the easiest most cost effective water treatment option. Thanks a bunch.
