magicman22 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 I have a new caldera spa that has the spa frog mineral/bromine inline system. Our start up kit included the frog cartridges, mps non-chlorine shock, and other common stuff. The test strips that came with the kit are Monarch MPS test strips. So should I really be using a test strip that tests for total bromine?? It says on the bottle of MPS test strips that it tests for MPS but bromine and chlorine will also add color to the indicator.
