Scum Prob - Using Nature 2

Hey everyone. I'm new here. Appreciate all the great info. We've only had out spa for about a month. We are using the Nature 2 cartridges and following the instructions as well as we can. We have scum, however. Is it safe to use something like the Scum Ball if you are using Nature 2? Any other product that anyone would recommend instead?

Thanks.

A scumball is safe to use with N2. I use 2Tbs of Enzme treatment once a week with my N2/Low Chlorine recipe and it solves any scum issue.
