pg_rider
I plan on putting our new tub on a back patio at ground level, and it's got grass on two sides. Our sprinklers run twice a week and tend to just barely spray onto the edges of the patio where the tub will be located. Could this be an issue, or is it no different than the tub getting rained on? There's certainly not a lot of pressure coming from the sprinklers....
tom the spa guy
pg_rider: If your cabinet is made of some sort of synthetic, then the only thing you'll probably have to worry about it the waterline / waterspots on the side of the tub. However, if the cabinet is real wood, then you should really treat it so that the water won't damage it. Hope this helps. Tom
Chas
I would make sure the sprinklers are adjusted to not hit the tub. You will soon see a pattern from the water. The good news is that the grass around the tub may be able to get by with less water due to the shade. Oviously, your mileage may vary on that part...
