Ping: Marquis Spa Owners And/or Markee

I am a new owner/user of a Marquis Rendezvous. I have a couple of questions that I've asked my dealer, but I'd feel better "talking" to you experts:

1. Is it normal for my spa to run for a minute or two about twice an hour? I guess it's heating up (it's not filtering when it does this), but only running for a minute or two seems like it wouldn't really do much to heat the water up, or keep it heated.

2. Is there a way to set it so it dips down a little more in temp before it kicks back on to heat up? This would be so it doesn't just run 1 to 2 minutes twice an hour or so.

3. When I get in the spa and hit the "jets" button, sometimes the jets shut off after 15 minutes, sometimes after 21 minutes, and sometimes after 25 minutes. I thought it was on a 15 minute timer. Why sometimes does it shut off after these other odd times?

Any other info on how Marquis spas run as far as what is normal would be appreciated. I am really surprised how quickly my little spa heats up to temp, but it's not too cold out where I live right now.
