Artesian Dealers In Pa?

Hello all!! Newbie here. In our quest for the "perfect spa", we have become interested in the Artesian Piper Glen. The only (to date) problem is, the only dealer we can find is 80 miles away. My hubby has spoken to him on the phone, and while discussing pricing and options (sight unseen) the dealer mentioned that the area he services is a very rural area and he carries very basic models. The Piper Glen is a Platinum Elite series, a much higher end than most of his clientele wish to buy. So, this means he doesn't stock it to look at or wet test. While hubby and dealer were discussing price--hubby was given a price of spa=$9,000, plus stereo $1200 for '07 prices, and DynaBrite lighting=$300. The dealer was going to get a more accurate price for the '08 models.

So, We are looking for any other dealers around the Southwestern PA area (south of Pittsburgh) even around Wheeling WV area.

Any advice, especially from Artesian salespeople/reps would be GREATLY appreciated. Is the above pricing too much for this spa?? Any thoughts/problems/issues we should be aware of??

The Piper Glen is one that my neighbour is interested in - very nice.

Can you send an email to the company and ask them what they can do for you? Even if you have to drive into another state to wet test ... ?

I've seen the tub though - very, very nice.
