We have the SPAUDIO 2 which we also love but yesterday the remote quit operating everything. When you push any buttons on it it lights up but doesn't display anything. We can still run the internal speakers using the control panel inside of the spa but cannot run any options or the external speakers. I can't remember the combination of button, but if you have your little owner's booklet it has a section on how to do this. If I had to guess, I would say push and hold the two plus buttons on the spa, but that's just a guess. If it's right, you'll see the word 'sync' appear briefly and then it should begin working again. Thanks, I tried that but it didn't work. Guess I will call the dealer and see what happens.
