ivieisme
If I decide to get a Sundance Optima over a Caldera Niagra, how do I know the Sundance dealer installed the Ozone he said he would? How do I know it is a good one and not the cheap UV lights? What do I look for and what do I ask?
JohnInSJ
You should be able to open the access panel and see it. Make them point it out to you when they install the spa. Read the side of it, and it should say what it is. On my Tiger River (Hotspring) Spa, the ozone was installed onsite by the delivery crew, so I got to see it, and watch them install it. But for sure no reputable dealer in their right mind would have any issues at all with showing you what they installed in your spa.
