Hello! I'm looking at a 2018 Pulse and a 2018 Grandee. The Pulse is $8,995 and the Grandee is $11,895. I'm looking for opinions on both models and if the prices are fair. Both include stairs, cover and lifts. What do you love about the Pulse or Grandee? We're pretty torn at the moment so any insight would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello all, I have a Viking Legend spa that was manufactured in early 2014. After changing the water, the main pump has begun to pulse and surge when the high jet is turned on. It seems to run fine in low, normal circulation mode. (The second pump seems to be running without issue.) The spa was not run without water covering all the intakes, but it was run without the filter so I could perform a deep cleaning with Spa Purge. Turning the power off and allowing the pump to re-prime did not fix it. Does this sound like an air pocket issue? If so, how do I correct it? I'm a novice, but ha

Hello, I recently purchased a Dream maker Cabana suite 3500L. At first I loved it, but now 4 months in I am having a couple of issues. First, the jets and waterfall seem to be pulsating and you can hear the pump pulsating. I thought maybe a dirty filter or something was the problem, I ended up draining the whole tub, cleaning it, and refilling it. Problem came back. Second issue is, I have noticed that I am losing an inch of water in less than a week with very light use of 1 person. Something seems very odd to me for this tub being only a few months old; hoping for some thoughts. Thank you.

My 13 year old Coast Spa blew it's pumps last winter and we are looking to replace it with something more efficient. I'm 6' tall and my hubby is 6'9", so size does matter and we we're looking to get a 6/7 person spa (the Coast Spa was 92" x 92" x 39"). We'd like open seating with different jet options in each seat (including foot jets), but a lounge, lights and stereo are not important to us. So far, we've looked at the D1 Meridian which we liked because of its opening seating and large footwell, but with no option to wet test the Meridian, we tested the Latitude and weren't impressed at all

Hello everyone, I am a fairly new user who has been reading many articles on here for a few years. I am just about to make a purchase on a hot tub and can use some advice. I have been considering a Limelight Pulse and a Jacuzzi J-365. We wet tested the jacuzzi and liked the feel a lot, and liked the appearance moderately. All dealers in our area are unable to let us wet test a Pulse as they either dont have any, or the ones they have are sold and cant be filled. To get the Pulse we would have to order without a wet test. We like the Pulse looks better, but are not sure about the feel. T
