Kids pushed Jet switch on and off multiple times. No longer works. Pushing switch does illuminate the switch panel and display the jets graphic on and off. The rest of the buttons work as well (temp up/down). No signs of burnt wires or areas on the circuit board. The Jet Pump does work...ran power directly to test. Appears as though the both the switch and the pump are working as they should. Assuming something with the circuit board. 1999 Tiger River Bengal M. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Hello, Need a little help, please. I changed out the water yesterday on my Hot Springs Spa (the Prodigy model purchased February 2005) and nothing is showing up on the temperature gauge. It was working perfectly before I changed the water. When I turned the power back on after changing the water (first the 20 AMp and then the 30 AMP -- can't remember which one was first but I tried it both ways) the temperature gauge came on for about half a minute and then went blank. When I press the plus or minus button to see the temperature, nothing appears. The heater is working though and the water heats up fine. The jets are working as well. Please advise. Thank you.

Good afternoon ... I had to pull my spa pack to replace the pressure switch and decided to do the heater at the same time. While I was pulling things apart I noticed that the phone cord type connector to the top site control panel had some rodent damage that appeared to be old. I put the spa back together and now all the lights on the control are lit up and is is displaying "88888" as well as some other things. Up until this point I thought the controller was working properly. The buttons control the proper function and everything else on the spa seems to be working properly. Would it be safe to assume that me messing around with the tub aggravated the damaged wires causing this? Is is possible to simply replace the phone cord connector? Thanks! Jeff
