Thank you for the link to the manual — appears very helpful. The year is 2002. Put in a cleaned filter, all fuses had no resistance when removed, put in a cheap eBay temp sensor and found the limit sensor loose so re-glued into place. Will follow the manual steps carefully in the next day or two.

Hello, My Sundance displays a blank screen. I attached a video of the screen while turning on power, and at 18-20 seconds it flashes 108 deg then 104 deg quickly before a few dash marks then blank. Is this a Sundance code that can help me diagnose my problem of no display or spa operation? IMG_2197.mov

Second owner on this year 2000 Sundance Altamar, first real problem excluding circ pump, removing air pump and ozonator that failed and some hair on the flow sensor. Got the blank screen, sometimes has a few dashes but now blank. Operating the tub manually via the circuit breaker with the heater and circ pump fed directly and always on. At 104 degrees my sensors are : 16,900 ohms on temp sensor (New) 19,200 ohms on hi/limit sensor after manually running the circ pump flow sensor operation confirmed good See attachment re: transformer test, 5 tests passed but the last test (blue 2 to yellow 2 at 17.9 volts is fail). I ran the old temp sensor into the hi/limit circuit but still faulted. Is this a simple bad transformer diagnosis or do I need to reevaluate my methods? Also, where can I get some box end wire terminals for these sensor lines? Any insights will be greatly appreciated Ken

I’m having the same trouble on a Sundance Altamar 2000, 850 series, with the blank panel and inoperable. All 3 sensors are ok I believe , but the transformer failed on 1 of the 7 checks: 17.9 vac at blue 2 to yellow 2 with the post above procedure showing 15 vac maximum. is this likely my issue? thank you
