  1. Yeah 3 wires come in from the box on the house. The wires ran the tub for 2 years and the tub stopped working a month ago and I thought 12 volt was supposed to come out of the old transformer and I wasnt reading that so am I checking it wrong or what then. The transformer that came with the tub has a black and red coming in and 2 yellow wires out. I dont even know if my old transformer is bad at this point honestly.
  2. Never sent 230 through my transformer your the one who kept saying my transformer was 230. My transformer gets power from the board by a push clip both transformers i have are 110. You told my transformer was 220 for mutiple messages and said i couldnt test to ground but now you realized it is 110. So where do I look next 110 transformer worked fine for 2 years and i plugged a new one in just to see if it would fix my display not coming on but it didn't. I also bought another circuit board and top panel they both show the 361 then dashes. What else is stopping the hot tub from running. Thanks
  3. After that the fuse still reads zero ohms and isnt blown. The hottub doesnt show that message again unless I wait a couple hours and flip the breaker on again then it will show the message again but the top panel doesnt show any other messages on it and it disappears quick. I have 220 volt reading into circuit board but not 220 reading at pumps or heater ports just 110 off the board.
  4. I changed the fuse and when I turn the breaker on it says 361 on the topside panel then it shows dashes or zeros and then goes dark.
  5. Ill order a new fuse then and see what happens
  6. Heres a pic of my old one i got the same model number transformer. the stats are the same except the red wire is a white wire on the new one.
  7. I dont have a red coming in i have a white and a black going in and they read 0 when I check them on each other and 110 when checked off the ground. The red is capped off on my old and new transformer. Yellow to yellow reads zero unless i check to ground which it then reads 6 volts. Red reads 120 when checked to ground. Both blues are also capped off they arnt used. My hot tub randomly stopped working after a couple years for context.
  8. The transformer gets the 120 from the circuit board then the transformer feeds the converted ac back to the board but the only way I get even a reading of 11 volt ac from the transformer is if I unplug everything that uses 12v off the board other wise the transformer reads 5 volts
  9. I have a Sundance 780 chelsee 2011 and I have no power at the display and the breaker doesn't trip. I have a transformer that goes to the circuit board that says it's supposed to be 12v but it is showing 5 volts. I purchased a new transformer and the new one also said 5volts. Also attached to the transformer wires was the led light panel for the tub so I disconnected it and the transformer then showed 8 volts now the highest I have Read. I have power to everything in the tub and the fuse is fine on the main board. What is causing this?
