There is a tiny fuse soldered in place just below the 3 relays at the bottom of the board below the sticker. Check continuity on this as i had all the same issues and this was the problem. It cost 47pence to replace and i soldered the new 1 in place.

Did you cure your problem? I have the same issue. No pumps or lights turning on but power to tub and topside controls is good.

You I went out to my tub the other day and the circulation pump has stopped. I then looked at the control panel on the top of the hot tub and it had power to it. I pressed the buttons to switch on the jets also the buttons for the blower and lights, nothing happened apart from the control panel showing the signs that everything was turned on. My system is balboa. I have removed fuses and tested for continuity and all is good. Hope you can help.
