hi, although the thread is old, I want to join. I have the exact same pump in our Sundance altamar, and today got the FLO error. Measured the mains voltage at the pump connection and its ok, pump not running. Only little noise coming from inside pump due to the mains 50Hz frequency (I am in Europe). I measured the capacitor and it seems ok. I removed backside plastic cap and turned the pump clockwise with a screwdriver, I can turn it but it does not continue to run. The only thing I can feel is that when I try to turn counter clockwise, there is force from motor which prevents turning, but clockwise it does not run from itself when I turn it manually, no matter how fast I try to spin. There is little force needed turning it with screwdriver, not much but you can feel resistance. Is the motor to be replaced, or is it worth doing any maintenance on it? thank you!
