Hi can any please advise me. I have just got tiger rivers spar bengal model M. We have set up and plugged in a week ago now. The ready light still isn't on and the water is only luke warm and I have it set highest temp. Can any one shed any light on this please. Thank you so much for your time in advance. Jen
