I have my pool tested my a local pool shop. They say I’ve never had a spike in the chemical balancing.

Class action is likely the only way to resolve the issues everyone has but haven’t a clue how you start one

JKJ we tried to get ours fixed but they are not interested. They shift the blame to the maintenance of the pools water.

That will be about right our gel coating failed with inside of two years. Now completely white below the water line

As far as I understand one person has been successful through the courts in The Eastern States.

Oleg class action but I am unsure how we would all about it.

They did look in to it but nothing was ever fixed

Our pool is about 4 years old. Stated going white about 2 years ago plus and has been white below the water line for over a year

Been quoted $7000 to replace the gel coating

Same issue with our barrier reef pool, gel coat has failed. Have attempted to engage them to resolve the issue. I understand this has happened to multiple people.
