I have a Dr. Wellness . I bought it August 2015 that is down as we speak. It's getting 220 v to the board ( Balboa) , the heat light is on but I'm not getting 220 v to the heater. Could Anyone help me here ?

My spa pac is getting 240v but not at the element when it's calling for heat on the control panel. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
