Ok I got the new topside controller in and during the startup it read Pr. After the priming was done the LCD displayed SLP. Now I can't get it out of sleep mode. My manual says to press the mode button but that is not working. I tried other combinations of button pressing but no luck. Can anyone give me some input? Thanks

Hi I'm new to the forum and hot tubs. My hot tub has been working good since iit was given to me a year ago. My current issue is a top control panel with a bad LCD (picking up a new one later today) and it's currently not heating. I do not have 220V across the heater electrodes. I am missing the phase on the right hand side (HTR1) not sure where to go from here. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just curious where exactly was the wire open at? I have the same problem as of last night
