  1. Thanks, Isaac. It's been quite an ordeal, but we are finally up and running.
  2. Hey guys. So I thought I'd provide you with an update. Per the messages above, I initially bought the wrong IQ 2020. I mistakenly thought all IQ 2020's were created equal. Last night I finally was able to install the right IQ 2020, and problems solved. The new correct IQ 2020 has the spa up and running! So, the only issue is that I still have the other new IQ2020 main computer control board and a #76071 Heater Relay Board. These will work for a Hot Spring, Tiger River, or Limelight, model years 2009.5 - 2012.5. Anyone want to buy one or both? Thanks again! Barky
  3. Ah, ha. That information helps a lot, PreservedSwine. That's why I couldn't find a part number for the main PCB. Big thanks! Barky
  4. Hey IQ 2020 experts, I really need your help! Well, I took a bit of a chance on an IQ 2020 board combo on eBay because it was brand new, included the heater relay board and full plastic case with cover. I thought is was a good deal for only $150, but did not realize there are so many variants of the IQ 2020. The boards were the incorrect versions for my hot tub. The person selling it said it was a Watkins part # 1315101-01. But they did not know if it was a part #77087 or whatever part number you would generally see. I uploaded some picture of the two boards. Can anyone identify what part number they are? http://www.gravescreative.com/images/spa/Main-board.jpg http://www.gravescreative.com/images/spa/Heater-Board.jpg Thanks in advance! Barky
  5. Can anyone else identify these boards for me? I'll probably end up selling them on eBay, but I need to know what part numbers they are. http://www.gravescreative.com/images/spa/Main-board.jpg http://www.gravescreative.com/images/spa/Heater-Board.jpg Thanks in advance! Barky

  7. Hi Isaac. Honestly, I didn't know you could get a wrong version of the IQ2020. Where would I find the 77087 or other model number?
  8. The board shows it is a 2012 model. Please don't tell me it has to be programmed somehow. :-(
  9. HELP! I bought a brand new IQ2020 PCB for my 2003 Tiger River Bengal spa. I wired it up and triple-checked the wiring. When I flip the breakers to turn on the spa nothing happens- no lights at all. It's like the board is not getting any power. Again, I have checked all the wires going into the heater relay board and the wire setup checks out. I know my old PCB has jumpers on the board to set heater voltages and such. Are their jumpers on the new boards? I don't see where any jumpers would go. Is that why the board is showing no power? I'm pulling my hair out with this spa. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 10. Hi guys, I still need your help. I bought a brand new IQ2020 PCB. I wired it up and triple-checked the wiring. When I flip the breakers to turn on the spa nothing happens- no lights at all. 11. The control head in the video is a brand new replacement, They no longer make the control head with the single pump button. it has been superseded by the head with dual buttons, though only one button works. The previous owner replaced the control head thinking it was the problem, but the new control head did not fix it. After wasting the money on the new control head he didn't want to spend any money trying to fix the spa. So, he sold it to me. All the pins look good on the circuit board. Good idea about hiring someone who has new parts on his truck. Hopefully, he would have a IQ2020 PCB we could test out. Though I'm sure I would have to pay a lot more to buy it from him. Thanks again for all the input! Hopefully, I'm getting closer to a solution. Barky
  12. Thanks, guys. I wish it was a stereo, ozonators, or other nearby electronics causing interference, but the spa does not have any of those, and there are no nearby other electronics. The spa also didn't work at the house where I bought it. PreservedSwine- I will check the jumpers. Also, when you say I might need a new control head, are you talking about the IQ2020? One other question- could a faulty heater relay board cause the "control unplugged" error? Barky
