No Flow And Cell Reversing On Jandy Aquapure 1400

With my 2 year old 1400 unit, I am getting code 121. I am only reading 3.8 volts at the connector on the cell. The link that was posted earlier in this topic seems to be down, and I am having trouble finding specific info on testing the board. Can someone please re-post the link to this troubleshooting info?
