  1. Thanks for the reply. I have a tech visiting tomorrow. I will keep you posted as to his answer. Sure hope he doesnt find the neighbors kids at the bottom of my pool with sand in their hands
  2. I have recently started experiencing the same and would be very interested in what is causing this. The sand is in both the pool area as well as the jacuzzi tub. I have recently replaced the filter cartridge in hopes that would eliminate the problem but no luck. thanks to who ever can answer our question.
  3. Hello all, I have the following error message and I do see some blogs on one similar but not exactly. My error message reads "chlorinator off test salt level" I do not show zeros when in diagnostic mode. My numbers are +26.12v +5.32A, 84f and 2300ppm. I have removed, cleaned and reinstalled the chlorinator. How do I correct the error message? It appears that the board is fine. insatnt salt is 2300 yet pool company test indicates 2900 on salt level, flow switch indicates "FLOW" Any suggestions or fixes? System is 5 years young. thanks for any help that can be provided.
