Hi Im also waiting to go to court to get my money back from the Trade Price Group. My court date is coming up and after being promised my money several times I still havent had it!! I have been waiting since september2009. We have got to stop this company doing this to more poor people. Its so distressing. They do not care about anybody. They came out to my house and met me and my 2 disabled children and took my money. They will now not refund me even though in my contarct it says I can cancel anytime, but after 7 days I will lose a third of my order value. I now have no money and no hot tub. Hows that fair? Vicky

I have had dodgy dealings with these people. I am still waiting for my money. I am due in court on the 25th may so will hopefully get my money back that way!! I ordered my hot tub in August 2009 and decided to cancel my order after a couple of weeks after hearing some worrying things about the company. It said in my contract that I could cancel anytime but after 7 days I would lose 1 third of my money which I accepted. They are now refusing to pay me anything. So I now have no money and no hot tub!!! Please post on here if you have had similar dealings with the trade Price Group Vicky
