  1. We just recently purchased Beachcomber 360 Hybrid (we ended up going to Cobourg store instead of Whitby b/c they negotiated better with us). We are very happy with the tub and employees! The jets in the footwell do point in a couple different directions and you can change any of the jets to the style you like. The kids love the little cooling seat too. Haven't noticed big differences on the Hydro yet. They told us to expect about $9/month if it was used for 15 min. every other day. That's pretty close to how much we've been using it (slightly more on the weekends b/c the kids like to play). I find one cycle good and then I'm done! Efficiency was very important to us and also longevity. We spoke to a lot of people who had BC for 15 years and they were still running great. Overall, I'm very impressed!
  2. Thanks for the input. We were looking at artic. but after discussions with some friends who own hot tubs the general feedback was to stick to beachcomber as the customer service was better. I'm sure both tubs are excellent quality though and we would be happy either way.
  3. They sound a little bit high for floor models, however if your on the east coast its about an average price...I do agree with Dano to wet test them ....the foot print of the tubs are the same 80"x88" but the seating design and jetting config. are different. Good luck. We are actually in Ontario, and to order the new 2010 for the 360 it was $8500 plus taxes and all the extras.
  4. New to the forum but we're looking at a tub. Beachcomber 360 (floor model) 8K and that includes everything (cover, delivery, tax, installation etc.) Also considering the 578 - they said for 10,700 (including gst and bundle i.e. cover etc.) Any thoughts?
