Hi Same problem as everyone else with this compay, order Spa in September 08 and still waiting - told to cancel it in writing but there terms and conditions say if you cancel you are not elibable for a refund. Paid on barclaycard but they say they cannot help as we have said we were going to cancel (however cancellation letter was never sent) so now got financial ombudsman chasing barclaycard too. Would approciate any help as to how you got your refund. Thanks
