I called GCS since Jan 09, waiting for my warrentied spa pump, Today I finally got through and found out GCS went out of business and fired 21 employees. SPAMart answered the phone, Guess what GCS warrenties are null and gone. Your spas are no longer under warrenty and you have to pay the prices of bad parts now. My husband is livid. The pump coast 399 with shipping and it will not get here for a week. This company should honor our warranties no matter what.
