  1. There may be a wire lock at the back of the niche. Get down in there and take a look.
  2. When you say good pressure, do you mean as measured on your filter? If so, is your displayed pressure high or low? High pressure on the filter means dirty medium and low pressure at the heater. Otherwise...bad sensor? Blocked return? Try putting the system in filter bypass and see if it works.
