We are still chasing our £500 refund nearly 3 months later, not nearly as much as some people are out of pocket I'm sorry to hear but frustrating nonetheless, brick wall after brick wall.
Spaserve AKA First Choice Hot Tubs AKA HDI Enterprises tell me that i need to speak to their accounts department to get an update on my refund, I say "ok, put me through" they say "Oh sorry, there are no phones in our accounts department!" "Right, so how can I speak to someone" "eeeeeerrrrrrrr.....don't know" BRICK WALL. Then they give you Jonathan Bumblebee's number - there's a made up person if ever there was one! BRICK WALL. Now we can only hope our credit card company can retreive our hard earnt money. I hope that all the directors/managers/partners of this disgusting scam/company have Karma kick their arses in the form of a big red speeding bus. Sleep well Spa-serve, conscience will catch up with you eventually.
